Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Travelia Tours And Travels TTT, including Taxi Service, Chauffeur Service, Car Rentals, Cab Service, Outstation Trips, Airport Transfers, Sightseeing and Travel Agency services.

• Booking Confirmation:

  All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and are confirmed after receiving the required advance payment or booking confirmation.

• Fare & Additional Charges:

  The agreed fare depends on the selected vehicle, route and package. Tolls, parking, permits, extra kilometres, additional hours and other charges will be applicable as per the booking terms.

• Driver & Vehicle:

  Driver and vehicle are provided according to availability. Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions and should not request the driver to violate traffic rules.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply depending on the booking type, travel date and cancellation timing. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.

• Travel Delays:

  Arrival and travel times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

• Vehicle Usage:

  Smoking, alcohol, drugs, illegal activities and carrying prohibited items are not permitted inside the vehicle. Customers may be responsible for vehicle damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Additional Stops:

  Extra stops, route changes, waiting time or changes to the confirmed itinerary may attract additional charges.

• Personal Belongings:

  Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. TTT is not responsible for items lost or left inside the vehicle.

• Travel Agency Services:

  Flights, hotels, sightseeing tickets and other third-party services are subject to their respective availability and cancellation policies.

• General:

  By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Specific packages may have additional terms communicated at the time of booking.

Travelia Tours And Travels TTT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when required.
